This Privacy Policy applies to the Reminder Light mobile application and any directly related support activities provided by MIDAS PUBLISHING LTD (the “Application” and the “Service Provider”). Effective date: 2026-09-25.
Information handling
The Application is intended to help users manage reminders, schedules and short notes. The Service Provider does not require account creation for normal use of the Application and does not intentionally collect personal identity data through the app interface unless a user chooses to contact the Service Provider directly.
How information may be used
If you contact the Service Provider, the information you submit may be used to respond to your request, provide customer support, maintain service quality, resolve operational issues or comply with legal obligations.
Device and reminder data
Reminder content created within the Application is intended for user management purposes. Any data stored locally on your device remains under your control unless you choose to share it externally.
Location data
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-party disclosure
The Service Provider does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed only if required by law, where reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety, or where a trusted service partner requires access for support purposes under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
Children’s privacy
The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information that may be received through support communications or related service interactions.
Data Retention
The Service Provider retains directly submitted information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain records, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Locally stored reminder content remains on the user’s device unless removed by the user or otherwise shared.
Data Deletion
If you would like to request deletion of information you have provided directly to the Service Provider, you may contact harrieteaumo@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.
Policy updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be reflected on this page together with a revised effective date where appropriate.
